Dear Friends & Concerned Citizens,
As you all know, for various reasons, I am a man who is kept WELL informed by this country's top law enforcement agencies. Last night I received a fax from CSIS and I haven't been able to sleep since...its been about 16 hours now and I think I'm starting to come to grips with the situation: by the time I arrive in Fredericton, NB, next Tuesday, I'm afraid it will be TOO LATE...fore that fax comfirmed my WORST fears, the "Alberta Convict" otherwise known as the the most vile scum this country has ever seen is at this very moment committing unspeakable crimes in your province. The man is a drug fiend, a dog-fornicator, an arsonist and a grocery-store rapist...and that is typically only BEFORE lunch. Please! For god's sake, STAY INSIDE...do not leave your home's...at least not until I get there, you see, I have his "medicine," and until he gets it, he is capable of just about ANYTHING.

I have included a PICTURE with this email for your safety...but in reality, if you actually SEE this man on the street, its TOO LATE, you're done for.

Take care, stay inside, ARM yourselves...and if any of you are still alive when I get into town we'll have a beer and discuss the situation at The Bar...(if it hasn't been burnt down.)
