Share on Facebook 2008-03-06: Wash that dirty mouth... with magic! Or Hamsters!

Last night I did a weird thing: I had a headache of hell, so I laid down at 6:30 pm or so. Step a) I started drooling, and the light was hurting my brain, so I - Step b) turned off the lights and tucked into bed, properly. Step c) I woke up at 9:30 pm when Sparky called me asking something or other. Step d) Get ready for bed. Step e) Wake up at 7:30 am.

Needless to say, I have a sleeping disorder. It's safe to say that I would have continued to sleep for the rest of the season, had my alarm clock not woken me up. Blessed sleeping disorder.. Cursed alarm clock.

Ed and Andrea sent me this little gem, that you have perhaps seen already, but perhaps not: Patrick Stewart Goes Bad. Quite funny. "Yeah, because they've been in the camp for so long." "It can happen..."

There's not much else to report. I went for a run tonight. We did dishes. We do dishes in my new, super-house using the dishwasher. Now, if you use a dishwasher regularly, you might take these little pieces of magic for granted, but let me tell you this: they are a miracle. We jammed so many dishes in there, and still, perfectly clean! No water could get through there, I know it. It was impossible. The glasses and cups were shielded by the plates. The knives and forks and spoons jammed so tightly in their little holders. No soap and water could do that! The only explanation is possibly a herd of hungry animals. Something small, voracious.

I don't know what this is, but it could clean a dish.
Perhaps one of these?

More Picard: Startrek The Next Generation Bloopers. Is it wrong that I like like hearing Deanna and Tasha using foul language?

Tomorrow is Friday! Enjoy it.

Mitch out.

Going to Toronto for work. - Mitch, 2008-03-11, 20:51:47

I'll be away for a couple days for work. If I don't come back, check snowbanks near Hamilton, I'll be in cryo-hybernation until spring.
