Share on Facebook 2007-11-25: Giant Sea Scorpions are not a part of a great weekend.

Another weekend, another Monday. But fear not, dear reader, for I shall entertain! Impressed? I am. Two updates in less than a week!? That must be like science: unbelievable at times, but always better than a kick in the junk.

I had a great weekend. I spent lots of time with Little Miss Halo (herein LMH), including watching most of Last Samurai, climbing in Squamish (!) in the sun (with Colin, Fuckin' Wilkinson, and Holly, and some friends of LMH)). It was great. We also climbed in the gym today (Sunday). Even though my finger is screwed up like so many people who call themselves Mormons (well, perhaps not quite that screwed up) I still had a great time. I am climbing extremely well for having taken so much time off. I just had a little Halo & Chinese food session at Ed's too. Hot damn, what a great weekend!

Here's some Married to the Sea for you in case you haven't been checking up on it. I loved this one:

Married To The Sea
marriedtothesea.com

Here's something funny as well: Huge Claw Belonged to 8-foot Sea Scorpion

Hahahaahahah. Yeah, that last article is hilarious. Hilarious like I just shit my pants in fear and puked on my keyboard all in one giant expulsion. That is horrible. An 8-foot sea scorpion!? What!? Are you kidding me? That is the worst thing I have ever heard. Give me a one-on-one battle with a Tyrannosaurus any day. I'm just glad the photo they took is of the guy holding the fossil 10 feet away, because I would have had to gouge my eyes out with my cell phone if I could have seen those disgusting, horrible fangs of death any more clearly. Sweet mother of mercy.

Ok, that aside, you probably have all seen this by now, but The Copper sent me this video in the mail the other day:

I've not ever embedded video in my site before... let me know if you like it. That video is great though.

Finally, Wyvez sent this in, thinking we might need a little help for No Sleep Contest 2008:

No Sleep Contest is going to be so much safer now!

Thanks dude. I feel much better now that I know that product is out there!

Ok, that's all for now folks. Happy Mondaying...

ps: Check out Max's Cape Breton update too, from a few days ago, in case you haven't already.

Well - Fran, 2007-12-03, 07:57:09

After 40 hours without sleep you can be completely unconscious sitting up, with your eyes open. Nice thought though.

What we need more of... - Duncan, 2007-11-26, 02:56:56

is science.

Wonderbra Cadbury Spoof - Ian, 2007-11-27, 12:35:45

If you do some digging, you might still be able to find the Wonderbra spoof of that monkey playing the drums video. Cept it's with one amazingly hot girl in a bra playing drums. Apparently it's so 'controversial' that its been removed from even utube.

Meh - Duncan, 2007-11-29, 04:06:03

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3g0vu_wonderbra-cadburys-parody_fun It's kind of disappointing.
